White Chocolate Caramel Fudge

This delicious and creamy fudge combines the sweetness of white chocolate with rich caramel for a delectable treat!

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce store-bought or homemade

Preparation Steps

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Stir continuously until the chips are completely melted and smooth, then remove from heat.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour half of the white chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over it.
  • Repeat with the remaining white chocolate mixture and caramel sauce.
  • Use a knife to gently swirl the caramel into the white chocolate.
  • Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

Notes

For extra flair, sprinkle sea salt on top before refrigerating.
