  • 1 cup Crushed Ritz Crackers
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Crush Ritz crackers into fine crumbs.
  • In a bowl, combine crushed crackers, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each pork chop into the cracker mixture, ensuring both sides are fully coated.
  • Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through.
