Crush Ritz crackers into fine crumbs.
In a bowl, combine crushed crackers, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each pork chop into the cracker mixture, ensuring both sides are fully coated.
Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side.
