How to Make Hummus

or to taste

Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a food processor, combine the tahini and lemon juice. Process for 1 minute to whip.
Add the olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, and salt to the whipped tahini and lemon juice. Process for 30 seconds.
Add half of the chickpeas to the food processor and process for 1 minute. Scrape sides, then add remaining chickpeas and process for 1 to 2 minutes.
If the hummus is too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water as needed. Process until smooth.
Notes
Serve hummus with pita bread, fresh veggies, or as a spread on sandwiches.
