Zucchini Lasagna Roll-Ups
Delicious zucchini lasagna roll-ups filled with ricotta and marinara sauce, perfect for a light and flavorful meal.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese on each zucchini slice, sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Roll up the zucchini slices and place them in the baking dish seam-side down.
Top the roll-ups with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
Use a mandoline slicer for evenly sliced zucchini.
