Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together zucchini, bananas, and applesauce until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and brown sugar.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Notes
Let the bars cool completely before cutting into squares. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
