A simple recipe for perfectly roasted cauliflower. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.

  • 1 head Cauliflower medium size
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Trim the stem of the cauliflower and cut it in half.
  • Drizzle cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Roast for 45 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
