White Chocolate Lemon Bars

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  • Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly. Press into prepared pan.
  • Bake the crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, melted white chocolate, and vanilla. Pour over the crust.
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until filling is set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

These bars can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.
