Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream together butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and pecans.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
