Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the green beans, kidney beans, and cannellini beans.
In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk. Bring to a simmer.
Pour sauce over beans. Stir in cheddar cheese.
Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with French fried onions.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
