  • 2 cups Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Mint leaves

Dressing

  • 0.25 cup Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili garlic sauce

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, red onion, cilantro, and mint.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and chili garlic sauce.
  • Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to combine.

Notes

For a spicier salad, add more chili garlic sauce. You can also add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
