Taco Meatloaf Recipe

This Taco Meatloaf recipe combines the comforting taste of meatloaf with the zesty flavors of tacos. A family favorite that's easy to make!

  • 2 pound Ground beef
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 package Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Water

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bell pepper, taco seasoning, breadcrumbs, salsa, and water.
  • Mix well until everything is combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve with your favorite taco toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
