Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bell pepper, taco seasoning, breadcrumbs, salsa, and water.
Mix well until everything is combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle the cheese on top.
Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
