Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook chicken until browned. Add onion and mushrooms; cook until softened.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and thyme. Add cooked rice and mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with Swiss cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
Serve hot. Garnish with extra Swiss cheese if desired.
