Sweet Potato Casserole

Main Ingredients 3 lbs Sweet Potatoes Peeled and cubed 1 cup Brown Sugar 1 cup Milk 2 large Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.5 cup Pecans Chopped 0.5 cup All-purpose Flour 0.25 cup Butter Melted
Preparation Steps Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.
In a bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, combine pecans, flour, and melted butter. Mix well.
Pour sweet potato mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with pecan crumble.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
