  • 3 lbs Sweet Potatoes Peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Pecans Chopped
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 0.25 cup Butter Melted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.
  • In a bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, combine pecans, flour, and melted butter. Mix well.
  • Pour sweet potato mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with pecan crumble.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
