Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, strawberries, 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
Pour mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in milk and melted butter until just combined.
Pour batter over the fruit mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
