Combine crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the pretzel crust.
Top with sliced strawberries.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use a combination of powdered sugar and granulated sugar in the cream cheese layer. You can also add a layer of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
