  • 0.75 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup cold unsalted butter cut into small pieces

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine strawberries, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Pour the strawberry mixture into a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine oats, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and cold butter. Mix until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the strawberries.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
