These mini cheesecakes are easy to make and perfect for a summer dessert. Sweet strawberries complement the creamy cheesecake filling beautifully.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Press into mini muffin tins.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
Fold in whipped cream. Spoon filling over crusts.
Top with sliced strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
These bites are best served chilled. You can also use other berries, such as blueberries or raspberries.
