Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition.
Gradually add the flour to the butter mixture, and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chopped strawberries.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 9-inch round cake pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool before slicing for the best results.
