Add frozen strawberries, frozen banana slices, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add ice for a thicker texture if desired.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegan version, use maple syrup instead of honey and a plant-based yogurt. Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 24 hours; re-blend before serving.
