Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A refreshing and naturally sweet smoothie made with ripe strawberries and bananas. Packed with vitamins and perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

  • 1.5 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices about 1 large banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, omit for vegan
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • Add frozen strawberries, frozen banana slices, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add ice for a thicker texture if desired.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, use maple syrup instead of honey and a plant-based yogurt. Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 24 hours; re-blend before serving.
