  • 1 lb Ground Pork Can substitute with ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger Minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce Adjust to your spice preference
  • 40 count Wonton Wrappers

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic powder, and chili garlic sauce. Mix well.
  • Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface. Add a spoonful of the pork mixture to the center.
  • Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, then press the edges to seal.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute the ground pork with finely chopped mushrooms and vegetables.
