Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic powder, and chili garlic sauce. Mix well.
Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface. Add a spoonful of the pork mixture to the center.
Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, then press the edges to seal.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute the ground pork with finely chopped mushrooms and vegetables.
