  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine cooked chicken, corn, black beans, salsa, and sour cream in a large bowl.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
