Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before rolling in powdered sugar.
