  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for rolling

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before rolling in powdered sugar.
