Smothered Baked Chicken Burritos

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine chicken, enchilada sauce, chicken broth, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well.
Spread chicken mixture evenly among tortillas. Roll tightly and place seam down in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of green onions or cilantro before serving.
