S'mores Cookies Recipe

These gooey S'mores Cookies are the perfect combination of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker goodness. Easy to make and even easier to devour!

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs, then vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Stir in graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  • Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
