s'mores cookies

A delightful blend of classic s'mores flavors in a cookie form that's chewy, gooey, and chocolaty.

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
