Small Batch Cinnamon Rolls
These small batch cinnamon rolls are perfect for a cozy weekend breakfast. Easy to make and incredibly delicious!

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add salt, butter and 2 cups of flour. Mix until a dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes. Add remaining flour if needed.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, turn to coat, and cover. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking pan.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Roll up tightly and slice into rolls.
Place rolls in the prepared pan, cover, and let rise for another 15 minutes.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
