Small Batch Cinnamon Rolls

These small batch cinnamon rolls are perfect for a cozy weekend breakfast. Easy to make and incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Warm milk
  • 2.25 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Ground cinnamon

Preparation Steps

  • Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Add salt, butter and 2 cups of flour. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes. Add remaining flour if needed.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, turn to coat, and cover. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking pan.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Roll up tightly and slice into rolls.
  • Place rolls in the prepared pan, cover, and let rise for another 15 minutes.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
