Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, and salt.
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, warm peanut butter and honey together until smooth and easily pourable.
Stir vanilla extract into the peanut butter mixture, then pour it over the dry ingredients.
Mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
Scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into cookies. Arrange them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate until they are set and firm, approximately 30 minutes.
