These deliciously healthy and easy no-bake cookies are perfect for any occasion. They're quick to make and will satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt.

  • 1.5 cups quick oats
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter creamy or chunky
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • In a separate microwave-safe bowl, warm peanut butter and honey together until smooth and easily pourable.
  • Stir vanilla extract into the peanut butter mixture, then pour it over the dry ingredients.
  • Mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
  • Scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into cookies. Arrange them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate until they are set and firm, approximately 30 minutes.
