  • 2 pounds Sea Bass fillets skin on or off, your preference
  • 1 ripe avocado Avocado
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon Red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the avocado salsa by combining avocado, tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Gently mash the avocado.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the sea bass fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the sea bass for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Serve the sea bass immediately with the avocado salsa.

Notes

For a spicier salsa, add a pinch of chili flakes. You can also grill the sea bass instead of baking it.
