Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the avocado salsa by combining avocado, tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Gently mash the avocado.
Drizzle olive oil over the sea bass fillets and season with salt and pepper.
Bake the sea bass for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve the sea bass immediately with the avocado salsa.
Notes
For a spicier salsa, add a pinch of chili flakes. You can also grill the sea bass instead of baking it.
