Savory Hand Pies

These savory hand pies are perfect for a quick lunch or appetizer. Filled with a delicious mixture of cheese, vegetables, and herbs, they're sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 0.25 cup diced onion
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine cheese, chicken, and onion.
  • Unroll pie crusts and cut out circles using a 4-inch cookie cutter.
  • Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each circle.
  • Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape and crimp the edges to seal.
  • Place hand pies on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
