Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine cheese, chicken, and onion.
Unroll pie crusts and cut out circles using a 4-inch cookie cutter.
Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape and crimp the edges to seal.
Place hand pies on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
