Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off excess grease.
Add onion and celery to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sausage mixture, chicken broth, parsley, sage, thyme, and pepper. Mix well.
Spoon stuffing into a greased baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
