Sausage Stuffing Recipe

A delicious and savory sausage stuffing recipe, perfect for Thanksgiving or any special occasion.

  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Celery, chopped
  • 6 cups Bread cubes
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Sage
  • 0.5 tsp Thyme
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off excess grease.
  • Add onion and celery to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sausage mixture, chicken broth, parsley, sage, thyme, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Spoon stuffing into a greased baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
