Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Remove stems from mushrooms and clean.
Brown sausage in a skillet; drain excess grease.
Mix sausage with Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Fill mushroom caps with sausage mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and filling is heated through.
Notes
Serve immediately as an appetizer or side dish. Can be made ahead of time and reheated.
