Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brown the sausage in a skillet, then drain off any excess grease.
Roll out pizza dough into a large circle or oval.
Sprinkle oregano and garlic powder over the dough.
Spread the cooked sausage and mozzarella cheese over one half of the dough.
Fold the other half of the dough over the filling, pressing the edges to seal.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
