Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and shredded coconut.
In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together in microwave or double boiler.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Add the dry ingredients to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on wax paper.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set.
Notes
These truffles are best served chilled. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
