Samoa Truffles Recipe

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and shredded coconut.
  • In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together in microwave or double boiler.
  • Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on wax paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set.

Notes

These truffles are best served chilled. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
