Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
Pour mixture into a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and cold butter. Use your fingers or a pastry blender to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the rhubarb mixture.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender.
Let cool slightly before serving.
