Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, vanilla extract, and red food coloring. Beat until smooth.
Spread batter evenly in a greased pizza pan.
Bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust.
Arrange mixed fruits over the cream cheese layer. Chill before serving.
