This classic homemade puppy chow recipe will have you eating it by the handful. A crunchy powdered sugar, chocolate, and peanut butter coated snack that's addictively delicious!
In a medium, heat-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave for 45 seconds, stir, and continue in 20-second intervals until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the rice chex and stir to coat evenly.
Place the coated Chex and powdered sugar in a 2-gallon Ziploc bag. Shake to coat.
Spread the puppy chow on two parchment-lined baking sheets.
Let the puppy chow rest for 20 minutes.
