Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese

A delicious combination of tender pulled pork and creamy mac and cheese. This recipe is perfect for a comforting weeknight meal or a special occasion.

  • 2 lbs Pork Shoulder Bone-in or boneless
  • 16 oz Macaroni Elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups Milk Whole milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Season pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices.
  • Cook pork in a slow cooker or oven until tender. Shred and set aside.
  • Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  • In a saucepan, combine milk and cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Combine macaroni, pulled pork, and cheese sauce. Mix well.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

Garnish with extra cheese and chopped green onions before serving.
