Potato Chip Cookies

This recipe combines the classic taste of cookies with the salty crunch of potato chips for a unique treat.

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups crushed potato chips about one 8 oz bag

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually blend in the flour until well mixed.
  • Fold in the crushed potato chips.
  • Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool on wire racks.
