Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually blend in the flour until well mixed.
Fold in the crushed potato chips.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool on wire racks.
