  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix 3.4 oz package
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping for garnish
  • 0.5 cup chopped pistachios for topping

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a pie pan to form the crust.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes and then let it cool.
  • In a bowl, whisk the pistachio pudding mix with cold milk until it thickens.
  • Pour the pudding into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Top with whipped topping and chopped pistachios before serving.
