Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a pie pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes and then let it cool.
In a bowl, whisk the pistachio pudding mix with cold milk until it thickens.
Pour the pudding into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Top with whipped topping and chopped pistachios before serving.
