  • 3 large eggs beaten

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in pineapple juice and orange zest.
  • Gradually mix in the flour until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
