Pineapple Ginger Smoothie

A refreshing and invigorating smoothie packed with the tropical sweetness of pineapple and a zesty kick of ginger. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a healthy snack.

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra creamy smoothie, you can add half a banana. If you don't have frozen pineapple, use fresh pineapple and add a handful of ice cubes.
