These Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are a delicious twist on a classic! Enjoy tender steak, melted cheese, and sauteed onions all in a convenient slider.

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 cup thinly sliced onions
  • 8 oz provolone cheese sliced
  • 6 slider buns slider buns
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Add steak to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Place provolone cheese on top of steak and cook until melted.
  • Assemble sliders by placing steak mixture onto slider buns.
