Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add steak to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place provolone cheese on top of steak and cook until melted.
Assemble sliders by placing steak mixture onto slider buns.
