Philly Cheese Steak Quesadillas
A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, these quesadillas are quick, easy, and perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ribeye or sirloin work well

shredded cheddar cheese

thinly sliced onions

flour tortillas

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and onions; cook until steak is browned and onions are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place one tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle half of the cheese and steak mixture over the tortilla.
Top with the other tortilla. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
These quesadillas are even better with a side of your favorite dipping sauce, like sour cream or guacamole.
