Pecan Tassies Recipe

These delightful pecan tassies are perfect for any occasion. Sweet, nutty, and buttery, they're easy to make and even easier to devour!

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cold unsalted butter cut into cubes
  • 0.5 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 cups pecan halves

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Whisk together flour and salt.
  • Cut in cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in brown sugar.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Press mixture into mini muffin tins.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Let cool completely before serving.

These tassies are best served fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
