Pecan Pie Cheesecake Bars

These Pecan Pie Cheesecake Bars are the perfect blend of creamy cheesecake and nutty pecan pie. A delightful dessert treat!

Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 0.25 cup Melted butter

Filling Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Pecan halves toasted
  • 1 cup Light corn syrup

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking pan.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the prepared pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • Stir in pecans and corn syrup. Pour over the crust.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
