Crust Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 0.25 cup Melted butter
Filling Ingredients
- 16 ounces Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Pecan halves toasted
- 1 cup Light corn syrup
Instructions
Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Stir in pecans and corn syrup. Pour over the crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
