Preparation Steps
Toast pecans in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5-7 minutes, until fragrant.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt white chocolate chips with corn syrup and vanilla extract in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Spread melted chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle toasted pecans over the melted chocolate.
Melt dark chocolate chips separately and drizzle over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
Break into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store leftover bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
