  • 1 cup pecans Toasted
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • Toast pecans in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5-7 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt white chocolate chips with corn syrup and vanilla extract in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Spread melted chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle toasted pecans over the melted chocolate.
  • Melt dark chocolate chips separately and drizzle over the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  • Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store leftover bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
