Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract. Spread over the crust.
Arrange peach slices over the cheesecake filling. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Store leftover bars in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
