Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until well combined.
Spread half of the crumble mixture into the prepared baking pan. Top with sliced peaches. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the peaches.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are tender.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
These bars are best served slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
