  • 20 oz crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup flour all-purpose
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup butter melted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine crushed pineapple, sugar, and eggs in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, pecans, and melted butter. Mix well.
  • Pour pineapple mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the pineapple mixture.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
