Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine crushed pineapple, sugar, and eggs in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, pecans, and melted butter. Mix well.
Pour pineapple mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the pineapple mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
