  • 8 oz Pasta (rotini or penne)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Italian dressing

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  • Pour Italian dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or artichoke hearts. You can also use different cheeses like mozzarella or provolone.
